New Delhi: In view of the West Asia crisis, the price of commercial LPG cylinders has been increased by ₹195.5 on Wednesday, causing concern for hotel, restaurant, and small business owners.
The price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in the national capital Delhi has now risen to ₹2,078.50, according to state-owned oil companies.
Earlier, on March 1, the price of commercial LPG cylinders was increased by ₹114.5. However, there has been no change in the price of the 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder, which had been hiked by ₹60 on March 7. In Delhi, the price of a 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder remains ₹913.
State-owned oil companies such as Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum, and Hindustan Petroleum revise the prices of ATF and LPG on the first day of every month based on international benchmark rates and currency exchange fluctuations.
